Hello,
I'm trying to implement this theme of yours, because it's gorgeous. But I'm stuck on a few points.

Can't find the wallpaper, could you re-upload it.
What's the unlock image?
How did you get the upper right status bar icons (like new message, missed call, etc)

The font is no more where you linked it btw.
